Once you purchase a package, you’ll receive an instant guide via email. This guide contains your unique vouchers and direct booking instructions for each product or service. You choose when and how to use them before the 90 day expiration date —no subscriptions, no hidden fees.

Currently, we serve the Maryland, DC, and Northern Va (DMV) region. Specific service areas for home-based services (like laundry and household support) vary by partner, but we strive to cover the breadth of the DMV.

Not at all! Each service in your package can be redeemed independently whenever you need them most. Please note that all services and products in your package expire after 90 days, so as long as you redeem them before that timeframe, you can choose when you'd like to access each one.
